Ash Thompson

Field Marketing Manager

Ash Thompson is the Field Marketing Manager, focused on driving growth through strategic, community-based initiatives. Ash oversees local marketing efforts, builds strategic partnerships with other businesses, and manages social media and content generation to drive consistent lead flow. Since joining the company in July 2025, Ash has played a key role in strengthening local brand presence and community engagement.

Ash earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Montana State University in 2021 and has called Bozeman home for the past eight years, bringing strong local insight and community connections to the role. Ash is also fluent in Swedish.



Outside of work, Ash is an avid snowboarder and spends as much time as possible outdoors, enjoying activities like slacklining, paddleboarding, and pickleball.

With over 15 years of experience as an ESL and Spanish instructor—spanning corporate training at Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., high school teaching in France, and freelance online instruction with platforms like Voxy, Learnship, and Fluentify—he has developed exceptional communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. Elson holds a Master's degree in Language Sciences from Université Paul Valéry in France, a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification, and is fluent in Spanish, English (C2), and French (C2/C1).
