Logan Platt

Logan Platt

Owner/Sales

Logan is a Montana State University Graduate and graduated in 2020. Logan graduated with a Degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience, but graduating during COVID sent him in a different direction! He has been painting since 2017 and has been running Clean Cut Painters since 2021. Logan’s passion is centered on creating cohesive teams that can deliver superb results and client experience. A major focus of the company is centered on developing good people and providing growth opportunities at every turn. People buy in when they feel valued and when they have a real opportunity to grow and succeed. With a systems and process-oriented mind, Logan’s focus is to refine the company from top to bottom to be constantly improving. Logan’s focus is on growing the company sustainably while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.


In his personal life, Logan is a parent of two cats. You can find him playing basketball, playing the drums, skiing in the winter, and paddleboarding and backpacking in the summer.

Ash Thompson

Field Marketing Manager

Ash Thompson is the Field Marketing Manager, focused on driving growth through strategic, community-based initiatives. Ash oversees local marketing efforts, builds strategic partnerships with other businesses, and manages social media and content generation to drive consistent lead flow. Since joining the company in July 2025, Ash has played a key role in strengthening local brand presence and community engagement.


Ash earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Montana State University in 2021 and has called Bozeman home for the past eight years, bringing strong local insight and community connections to the role. Ash is also fluent in Swedish.



Outside of work, Ash is an avid snowboarder and spends as much time as possible outdoors, enjoying activities like slacklining, paddleboarding, and pickleball.

Sam Johnson

Painter/Sales Rep

Sam Johnson is the new sales representative for Clean Cut Painters, working towards growing the company's clientele, maintaining relationships with builders and homeowners, and giving the crew consistent work to put out a high-quality product. Sam originally joined the team in November 2025 as a painter, but with his previous background in sales and a fast-growing company, he has transitioned into a full-time sales position to help drive our expansion.


In 2022, Sam graduated with a major in Sport Management and a minor in Psychology from Thomas College in Maine, which is where he grew up. Having only been in Montana for a year and a half now, he hopes to get even more involved in the community and reciprocate the hospitality and beauty this state has offered him.


When Sam is not working, he is often hiking with friends, cooking dinner with his family, or enjoying a night out in Bozeman wherever he can find some live music.

Corby Tobin

Production Manager

Originally from Colorado, Corby has called Bozeman home for over a decade. He graduated from Montana State University in 2020 with a degree in Photography, an eye for detail and design that he brings to every project. Corby joined Clean Cut Painters in 2021 as a co-owner before transitioning into the role of Production Manager.


His favorite part of the job is the relationships he builds with homeowners and clients along the way. That fine art background gives him a unique edge in helping clients navigate color selection and fine finish choices, ensuring every project reflects their vision.



When he's not on the job, Corby loves being part of the Bozeman community, soaking in the culture and outdoor lifestyle that make this place special

Elson Iragorry

Assistant

With over 15 years of experience as an ESL and Spanish instructor—spanning corporate training at Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., high school teaching in France, and freelance online instruction with platforms like Voxy, Learnship, and Fluentify—he has developed exceptional communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. Elson holds a Master's degree in Language Sciences from Université Paul Valéry in France, a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification, and is fluent in Spanish, English (C2), and French (C2/C1).

Crew Leads

Every job has a dedicated Crew Lead who owns it from start to finish — managing the schedule, the budget, and the day-to-day work on site. They're your main point of contact throughout the project, keeping you updated, protecting your home and belongings, and ensuring the work stays on track and on budget. At closeout, your Crew Lead walks the finished job with you, answers any questions, and leaves the site spotless.

Field Execution Leads


To ensure every job meets the same high standard—no matter which crew is on site—Clean Cut Painters has a dedicated Field Execution Lead who moves between active job sites, training crews, reinforcing quality standards, and catching potential issues before they become problems. It's an extra layer of oversight built into how we work, so you get consistent, high-quality results on every project.
